Your Gallery Guide
Your gallery is more than just a place to download images—it's where you'll choose your favorites, order beautiful keepsakes, and preserve your family's story for years to come.
Here's everything you need to know to make the most of your gallery.
Step 1: Choose Your Favorites
Before downloading anything, I recommend taking a few minutes to simply enjoy your gallery.
As you browse, click the ♥ Favorite icon on any image you love. This creates your own Favorites List, making it easy to compare images, narrow down your selections, and order prints or products later. Pixieset also lets you revisit your Favorites List or share it if those options are enabled in your gallery.
Full Session Clients
Since your session includes your entire gallery, favoriting images is simply a great way to keep track of the ones you love most.
Mini Session Clients
Your mini session includes 10 professionally edited digital images.
Simply heart your favorite images until you've selected your ten. Once you're finished, let me know you've made your selections (or follow the instructions in your gallery if prompted).
Can't Decide?
Don't worry, you don't have to!
Many of my mini session clients end up loving far more than ten images.
If that happens, you have two options:

$35 each
- Upgrade to Your Entire Gallery
Just $195 and you'll receive every professionally edited image from your session.
For most families, the full gallery is the best value and ensures you never have to leave favorite memories behind.
Download Your Entire Gallery
If your full session includes all of your digital images,
downloading everything is quick and easy.
Simply:
Click the Download button near the top of your gallery.
Enter your email address (and download PIN if prompted).
Choose your download options.
Click Start Download.
Pixieset will prepare your files and email you as soon as they're ready. Your gallery will download as a ZIP file, and very large galleries may be split into multiple ZIP files for easier downloading.
I highly recommend downloading your full gallery on a computer rather than a phone or tablet. It is faster, easier, and gives you an immediate backup of your photographs.
Download Individual Images
If you'd rather save just a few photographs:
Open the image.
Click the Download icon.
Follow the prompts.
Once you've verified your email, you won't need to re-enter it for additional downloads during the same browser session

Back Up Your Images
Your photographs are some of your family's most treasured memories.
After downloading your gallery, I strongly recommend saving your images in at least two places, such as:
Your computer
An external hard drive
iCloud
Google Drive
Dropbox
Having multiple backups helps ensure your memories stay safe for years to come.
We do not guarantee we will retain your images past 6 months.
Gallery Expiration
Your gallery will remain available for 30 days from the date it is delivered.
Before your gallery expires, please be sure to:
✓ Download all of your images
✓ Back them up in a safe location
✓ Place any print, album, or card orders
Once your gallery expires, it will be archived and removed from the online gallery.
If you need your gallery restored after it has expired, a $35 gallery restoration fee will apply.
While I do archive galleries whenever possible, I cannot guarantee long-term storage, so I highly recommend downloading your images and placing any product orders as soon as possible.
